Rafting through clear waters of lakes and rivers, the participants have to coordinate their efforts to overcome this task. The rapids are easy and medium degree of  difficulty scaled as class II and III. The natural environment with wild landscapes offers a special enchantment to this adventure. The participants need not to have a special skill or experience to navigate because the raft boats and kayaks are easy to manage. The raft boats are for groups of six people while the duckys or kayaks are for teams of three members. In this activity it is very important the communication and coordination between the team members as well as effective management of change. In a few words the participants in this activity can train all the important skills necessary for a successful team work similar to the situations that they can come upon in their working place. |
