The words "team building" have acquired very different meanings
through out these last years. The team building experiences (theatre performances,
musicals, challenges or adventures) in terms of corporate development has no direct
connection with the company activity itself, but these are the tools that produce a high
impact experiential learning (learning through experience).
This experimental learning can be applied straightforward to the every day work in the
company. These events are not stiff and rigid academic experiences but on the contrary

the team faces a variety of obstacles both physical and mental that gives the opportunity
to learn effective communication skills, tasks solving skills and build a net of team
support between its members. As the intensity of the experiences grows in the mean time
the members of the team have time for a feedback about what they have learnt up to the
moment. While the team members share experiences, plot strategies for the future and
develop action plans, it helps them to transfer the adventure to the working place. The
team building experiences help its members to develop a natural and harmonic web of
relations between the management and the employees. The team members have the opportunity
